Agia Efimia, or known as Agia Effimia (Αγία Ευφημία) is a small fishing village on the east coast of Kefalonia island, Greece. The village is one of the charming seaside resorts of the island, which is beloved by many travellers due for its calm atmospheres, picturesque port and the local restaurants.

The village of Agia Efimia has also a few historical sights also, because Greek archeologists were discovered the ruins of a 2000 years old Roman villa, and its mosaic floor.
