One of the tiny gems of Kefalonia is Agios Thomas beach near Karavados village, in the southern side of the island. Agios Thomas beach is ideal for children, because the seabed is shallow and covered by soft sand. Slightly further away from the central area there are some rocky parts, which have interesting look. There are some travellers who refer this place as Karavados beach due for village.
