Near Fiskardo village, on the north side of Kefalonia island there are some hidden gems, which can be reached by some hiking. Dafnoudi beach is one of these interesting places, for its access visitors must walk through a small forest. The trail of Dafnoudi can be seen well, but conditions are varied, because the route is filled by a lot of rocks and roots.
Dafnoudi beach is one of the most interesting places in the area of Fiskardo village, which is mentioned often by some travellers and travel guides as hidden gem. In recent years this beach have lost its secrets due for the numerous tourists, and during summer months it usually not abandoned at all – the parking lot at the entrance of the trail is usually filled by cars and scooters, and the small bay is also crowded.
