In the area of Lassi, Kalamia beach is one of the northermost beaches: this interesting place is famous for its sea caves and white cliffs. Kalamia beach is situated slightly away from Lassi, but it can be seen well from to the road which leads to the St. Theodore Lighthouse and to the Katavothres, the sinkholes of Argostoli.
During summer months Kalamia beach is usually slighty organized by some parasols and a bar. This place is almost never overcrowded, because the other beaches of Lassi are closer to the village center, and most of the travellers choose the nearest beaches.
