The tiny village of Kato Katelios (Κάτω Κατελειός) is one of the calmest tourist resorts in Kefalonia, Greece, located in the southeast corner of the island. It was named after the village of Katelios, which is a small settlement, built slightly away in the hills, and Kato Katelios is its sea exit.

One of the best features of Kato Katelios is a picturesque seaside promenade, where great bars and restaurants can be find. The bay is also famous for Caretta Caretta turtles, because the shallow and sandy Katelios beach is ideal nesting place for these animals.
