The Archeological Museum of Sami is one of the newest museums in Kefalonia, with a valuable collection of the local archeological findings. In Kefalonia island the area of Sami is especially rich in ancient and Roman artifacts, archeologists discovered several ruins of the past. The exhibition of Sami Museum contains 4 rooms, where visitors can meet the everyday life of ancient eras, the use of water and the local burial traditions.
